It’s a matter truly dear to our heart to turn your stay in the Dolomites into an unforgettable holiday.
Our story starts with Erna Kofler and her mother-in-law Maria: they were the ones who started to rent “Fremdenzimmer”/ “guest rooms” in the late fifties. In the following years the “guest rooms” developed into a bed and breakfast hotel, that was renovated and extended more times. From September 2023 to July 2024 the old house was demolished and rebuilt and now it shines in a completely new gleam.
In the new architectural structure of our guest house, it was important to show clear lines and simplicity, but at the same time we wanted to keep that friendly and cozy atmosphere that characterized our previous property. There are eight rooms and all of them have a balcony, a bathroom, TV and a great view on the Dolomites of Sexten. We really want our guests to feel comfortable and relaxed in our house.
Our bed and breakfast hotel will not disappoint your high expectations and will ensure you a pleasant time in the World Natural Heritage Area of the Dolomites.
You will experience wonderful days in this breathtaking area, and you will understand what it means to relax and chill out.

Our contribution to the environment
Our property is a climate-house A (according to the South- Tyrolean standards). That means that it’s a low- energy building that effectively consumes less than 30 kWh per square metre in one year. For the heating we use the energy provided by the district heating system of wood chips located in Sexten.
